The Worst Live TV Reporting FAIL EVER! Video. Let me first start off by saying that this reporter is a complete moron, and he was most likely fired 1 minute after this report. I hope zero of the victims family members were watching this. This was an EPIC FAIL. Now that I have said that, I think there was someone off camera that made him laugh, and that person should also be punished.

Japanese Reporter Falls 5 Stories, Live TV, Video. This looks like the kind of stuff they pull on Good Morning America. The only difference is that this is Japan, and for some reason stuff like this happens in Japan. She is testing out a safety device, and it does not work. Is that made of Duct Tape. This is a safety device FAIL!

Luckily she only broke her hip.

Reporter Passes out on Live TV, Video. I said she passed out, but I think the proper term is that the reporter fell flat on her face, and she knocked over the backdrop to the set. You seriously do not see that everyday.

Weatherman Cockroach Hissy Fit, Video. Hissy fit is the only way to describe what is going on. The best news for this Weatherman is now he does not have to tell his parents that he is gay. Come on. You know it is true. It is just a cockroach.
