How do you mess up a Back Flip with a spotter, Video. I know what yall are thinking, I’ll just get a spotter and I will learn how to do a back flip. It will be simple and fun. These guys prove that it is not simple or fun. Your spotter actually has to spot you. Hello! This guys spotter just basically watched him land on his neck.

Back Flip, Face Plant, Video. This is one of the biggest reasons I do not backflip. I am always afraid of breaking my neck and, or, landing on my face. This guy lands on his face. Yeah, Face Plants on wood do not feel good.

This was one of the most brutal hits I have ever seen. He hit the ground with a vengeance. These freestyling gymnasts really need to keep it on the mats. OUCH!
