How do you mess up a Back Flip with a spotter, Video. I know what yall are thinking, I’ll just get a spotter and I will learn how to do a back flip. It will be simple and fun. These guys prove that it is not simple or fun. Your spotter actually has to spot you. Hello!

After watching all of these messed-up backflip videos I can’t belive that people still attempt backflipping without a helmet and neckbrace.
